Hollow Core Production Facility – Ultraspan, Canada
Production Setup:
- Equipped with 6 beds, each 150 meters long, optimized for large-scale production.
- Features an automatic concrete shuttling system for efficient concrete placement.
Capabilities:
- Supports the production of hollow core slabs in 150 mm and 250 mm thicknesses.
- Can span up to 12 meters, ideal for long, load-bearing structural components.
- Production Capacity: Up to 3.36 million square feet per annum, ensuring high output to meet large project demands.
Precision Cutting: Utilizes an advanced cutting machine from Ultraspan, ensuring precise slab dimensions.
Twin Beam-Column Flexi Mold – Weckenmann, Germany
Specifications:
- Length: 44 meters long mold with cross-sections of 1.2 meters x 1.2 meters.
- Designed for monolithic casting of columns with three-side corbels.
Capabilities:
- Produces high-quality beams and columns up to 1.2 meters wide and 1.2 meters deep.
- Optimized for large-scale structural elements for commercial and industrial projects.
Production Capacity:
- 48 kilometers per annum, catering to massive infrastructure requirements with efficiency.
